We want you to love your gear from 210 Apparel. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are:

    • Unused

    • In the same condition as received

    • In the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Note: Accessories (including wristpacks) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times vary).

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur).

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
